7 days ago I first met Michael over 3 years ago when shopping for a home in Rhode Island.
Being from New Jersey and not knowing a lot about the area, I had to rely on a Realtor to show me around. Michael was so patient and professional even though I must have looked at over 30 homes. I have been so happy in my home these last 3 years, but my circumstances changed and I needed a bigger house. Naturally, I called Michael. He was the only Realtor I would trust to help me find my next new home and to sell my current home. To be honest we were a little hesitant to use an agent we didn’t know but after the experience with had with Mike we are so glad we did! We had a few issues with our bank making deadlines and Mike was there every step of the way to keep them in check and to keep the process moving forward. In addition, the home we purchased has solar panels and the company was very difficult to get in touch with. Mike made sure we made our close date by calling them for us and getting the info we needed (with a husband working an average of 50 hours a week and a toddler and a newborn at home, getting on the phone was sometime impossible).
